  • Step 2) Purchase a Royal Mail Special Delivery Label for Next Day Delivery and dispatch the ring with its included accessories back to Cherished Jewellery within 30 days of the purchase date.

  • Step 3) Sending us the return parcel tracking number 

 

Upon receipt of the returned item, Cherished Jewellery will provide a full refund including postage costs based on the original payment method. 

 

Return Postage

Please purchase returns postage with loss or damage insurance for the value of the item and you will be refunded the full amount. Use Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery100g Small Parcel cost £7.35 is insured up to £750 or Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery 250g Small Parcel costs £18.85 and insured up to £2,500. If the value if the item is above £2,500 please get in contact and we will arrange another method of returns delivery.
