Shipping policy
At Cherished Jewellery, all orders placed through our website are shipped within the UK only.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch orders the same day, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or on weekends and bank holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.
If there is any unexpected delay with your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery service
All website orders are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, your order should arrive by 1pm on the next working day.
Please note that delivery times apply to working days only and do not usually include weekends or bank holidays unless a special weekend service has been arranged.
International orders
At this time, orders placed through this website are available for UK delivery only.
For international customers, selected items may be available through our eBay store, where international postage options may be offered.
Shipping confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation and tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery address
Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.
We cannot be responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect address details provided at the time of ordering.

While every effort is made to ensure prompt delivery, delays can occasionally happen due to circumstances outside our control, such as weather disruption, transport issues, or postal service delays.
